Jaime and Paola do not exist, but their website is built the way yours would be.
It has the cover with the countdown, how to get there with the coach, the hotels, the dress code, the running order, the gift, the questions and the RSVP form with allergies, menus and a song. Open it on your phone, which is where your guests will open it.
Questions
Is €290 the final price?
Yes. €290 once, VAT included, and that covers the design, every section, the RSVP, and the domain and hosting for a year. No monthly fee, no renewal, no surprises.
What happens when the year is up?
It is switched off, and there is nothing more to pay. No renewal and no fee: a wedding site stops being used once the wedding is over, and a year covers the run-up, the day and the months after with the gallery. Before switching it off we tell you and hand over the photos and the sheet with every reply, so you keep them.
Who buys the domain?
We do, in your name. If one day you want to move it somewhere else, it gets transferred and that is that: it is yours.
Does it show up in Google?
No, on purpose. The site carries the tag that tells search engines not to index it, so only people with the link find it. If you also want a password or a code from the invitation, we add one.
Until when can we change things?
Until the wedding day, with nobody counting changes or hours. The coach moves, a hotel falls through, the cocktail hour shifts: you write, we change it.
What if the wedding is postponed?
We change the date on the site and carry on. The year runs from the day it goes live; if the new date falls outside it, we stretch it rather than charge for the work twice.
What happens to the guests' data?
Allergies are health data, so the site carries its privacy notice: who keeps them, what for and for how long. They are deleted a month after the wedding unless you tell us otherwise, and they are never passed to anyone.
Can it be in two languages?
Yes, it is in the price. Every section is written in both and the guest picks. It is the normal thing when part of the family lives abroad.
How long does it take?
Three or four days from the moment we have your details. If you are in a hurry, say so when you write: it can be done in 48 hours. Message us on WhatsApp.
