Your café in Google and in AI,
with a page made by us

We make your café show up when someone looks for somewhere to have breakfast nearby, and get cited by AI. We write the pages with your menu, your hours and your coffee, publish them and every month we tell you what has happened. From scratch or strengthening your current site, on WordPress and Astro.

What we do for a café

Six steps, with what is particular to a café: the hours, the weekend menu, the coffee and the reviews.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf you already have a website, we score it and tell you the three changes with most impact. In a café it is usually the hours: incomplete, or different from the ones on Google.
KeywordsThe searches your customer makes: "breakfast near me", "brunch in [city]", "specialty coffee [neighbourhood]", "gluten-free breakfast [city]".
The pagesThe main one, with the direct answer: what is for breakfast, where, at what time and how much. The daily menu and the weekend menu in HTML. A page about your coffee: origin, roast and supplier.
Local presenceGoogle Business Profile and Bing Places with the same details as the website. Set-up in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, with IndexNow.
PublishingTo your WordPress, your Astro project or your host. We submit every URL to Google and Bing.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing, and whether you appear when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude where to have breakfast in your area.

Someone looking for a café wants to know whether you are open, what there is for breakfast and how much it costs. All three go in the HTML, matching your Google profile.

What the page includes

The four pages a café needs, the structured data and the local signals, in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins.

Pages

  • Daily and weekend menu: breakfasts, brunch, cakes and drinks, with prices
  • Origin coffee and suppliers page: beans, roaster and brewing method
  • Hours and area in the schema: the hours for each day, the neighbourhood and the city
  • Reviews shown and answered: a link to your Google listing and a reply to every one
  • Visible frequently asked questions: whether brunch needs booking, whether you can work there

Structured data

  • A JSON-LD block with the café's record: type, name, address, phone, hours for each day and price range
  • The menu linked from the record as the business's menu
  • The details match the HTML and the Google Business Profile

Local signals

  • City and neighbourhood in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Address, hours and prices as text, not in an image
  • A link to the café's Google Maps listing
  • Everything in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

You choose where the page lives; we upload it.

  1. From scratch. If you have no website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included.

  2. Strengthening your WordPress. Your website stays; we add pages that rank, with their HTML and their CSS. No plugins.

  3. In Astro or any host. In your project or on your static file host.

Then we submit every URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

The template: Café Faro

A fictional business, made the way we would make a real café's page.

Café Faro does not exist and its contact details are made up. Everything else is what we do for a specialty café in Málaga that serves brunch: structure, copy, JSON-LD and checks.

Open the Café Faro template (in Spanish). Twelve more in examples.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for a café because it is a case that is quick to grasp, not because we specialise in cafés. The same method makes the page for a churros bar, a tea room or a breakfast bar. If yours resembles none of them, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from cafés

What do you need from me to make the page?

The menu with prices, weekdays and weekends; the real hours for each day; which coffee you serve and where it comes from; the address and the phone number; and whatever else you offer: terrace, wifi, vegan or gluten-free options.

Why a page about the coffee and the suppliers?

Because it is what sets a specialty café apart from any bar, and it is what people ask AI about. A page with the origin of the beans, the roaster and the brewing method answers with your own facts, with no superlatives.

What about reviews?

They live in your Google Business Profile, and that is where we answer them with you. On the page we link to the listing. We do not copy reviews into the HTML or add ratings markup: Google penalises ratings a business gives itself.

Do you change the menu when I change the brunch or the cake of the week?

Yes. You send us the changes and we update the menu at the same address. They are part of the monthly plans, and every change is submitted to Google and Bing. The same goes for summer hours.

How much does a café's page cost?

If you start from scratch, the Basic Pack for a new website is €149 for the first month (10 pages) and the Pro Pack €399 (30 pages). If you already have a website, the pack goes from €99 to €699 depending on the number of pages. Then a monthly subscription with 5, 15 or 30 new pages a month, from €29, with a monthly report. Everything is on the pricing page.

Your café, on a page that gets found.
