Your event in Google and in AI,
with a page made by us

We make your conference, fair, festival or one-day meeting show up in Google and Bing and get cited by AI. We write the page with the programme, the dates, the venue and the tickets, publish it with Event data and every month we tell you what has happened. From scratch or strengthening your current site, on WordPress and Astro.

What we do for an event

From scratch or strengthening your current site. Six steps, the same as for any business, with what is particular to an event: a date, a venue, a programme that changes and tickets that sell out.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf the event already has a website, we score it on the SEO + GEO priorities and tell you the three changes with most impact. If not, we start with the event page.
KeywordsThe searches made by someone who wants to attend: the event name, "[topic] conference [city]", "[city] festival [year]", "[event] tickets".
The pageWe write it with your facts: what it is, who it is for, dates, venue, programme, speakers or artists, ticket price or how to register. A direct answer in the first paragraph.
Event dataA JSON-LD block of type Event with start date, end date, venue with address and tickets with price and link. The same facts that can be read on the page.
PublishingWe upload it to your WordPress, your Astro project or whatever host you have, and submit the URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing, and whether the event appears when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude what is on in your city on those dates.

Dates, prices and names come from your facts, not from anyone's imagination. What we do not know, we ask you before writing it.

What the page includes

Sections, Event data and date-and-place signals. All in one file in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins.

Sections

  • A header with the direct answer: which event, when, where and how to get there
  • Programme by day and by hour, in an HTML table, not a PDF
  • Venue with address, how to get there and a link to its Google Maps listing
  • Tickets or registration: types, prices, deadlines and where to buy
  • Speakers or artists with name, role or project and their session
  • Past editions: dates, any figures you have on record, and photos
  • Visible frequently asked questions

Event data

  • A JSON-LD block of type Event: name, start and end date, venue with address, organiser and tickets with price, currency and link
  • Event status: scheduled, postponed, cancelled, or in person and online
  • The details match what is visible in the HTML

Date and place signals

  • City, venue and year in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Dates and times as text, not in an image or a poster
  • One address for every edition, updated each year
  • All the content in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The full method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

The file is the same. You choose where it lives; we upload it and register it.

  1. From scratch. If the event has no website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included in the maintenance plan.

  2. Strengthening your WordPress. Your website stays; we reinforce it with the event page and whatever else is needed, uploaded as one more page, with its HTML and its CSS. We add no plugins.

  3. In Astro or any host. We drop it into your project or your static file host.

Then we submit the URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow, and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

One event, one address, every edition

What costs events most in Google is not the content: it is changing website every year.

Many events launch a new website for each edition and start from zero every time. We do the opposite: one stable address, updated with the new dates and keeping the past editions. Whoever searches for the event in January finds the page Google already knows, with this year's programme.

If you organise several events a year, each one gets its own page with its own Event data, and an organiser page links them. There are examples from other sectors in examples.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for an event because it is a case that is quick to grasp, not because we specialise in events. The same method, with other facts, makes the page for a driving school, an upholsterer, a funeral home or a guesthouse. If your business resembles none of the examples, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from event organisers

What do you need from me to make the event page?

The event name, dates and times, the venue with its address, the programme even if provisional, the list of confirmed speakers or artists, ticket prices or how to register, and who organises it. Before publishing we show you the page and you correct whatever you want.

Do you sell the tickets from the page?

The page shows the tickets with their prices and links to the platform where you sell them, or to the email or WhatsApp for registration. A box office of your own with a payment gateway is a separate project: the E-commerce Pack on the pricing page.

The programme changes right up to the last day. How do we keep it current?

You send us the changes and we update the page at the same address. Every change is submitted to Google and Bing so they pick it up soon. Programme changes are part of the monthly plans.

What happens to the page once the event is over?

It stays published as a past edition: dates, programme and speakers. When you announce the next one, we update the same page with the new dates, so it keeps what it has already earned in Google and Bing. If it is cancelled or postponed, the Event data says so.

How much does an event page cost?

Two steps. The first month is a pack, paid once: from €149 if you have no website, or from €99 if we strengthen the one you already have. Then a monthly plan from €29 that always includes new pages: 5, 15 or 30 a month. The monthly report is in every plan. Everything is on the pricing page.

Your event, on a page that gets found.

If you already have a website, we tell you what score it gets and which three changes would do most for it. If not, which page to start with and what it costs.
