1. Identification of the owner

This website, seomagnetik.com, is owned by DIJIT LABS OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia. seomagnetik is the brand under which DIJIT LABS OÜ provides web ranking services: SEO, GEO and the web pages it takes to rank.

2. Use of the website

By accessing this website you accept these terms and any laws that apply to you. If you do not agree, you should not use the website. The texts, code, design and trademarks on this website are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may quote them with a link to the source. You may not copy, modify or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Terms of service

These terms govern the contracting of services from DIJIT LABS OÜ under the seomagnetik brand. By contracting a service you accept them. If you do not agree, you should not contract it.

3.1 Services

We provide the services described on this website: SEO, SEO for artificial intelligence, web design with SEO, the last as a means to rank and not as a web development service. The specific scope, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in the proposal or contract signed by both parties. Anything that does not appear in the proposal is not part of the service.

3.2 Payment

Services are paid for in advance unless the contract states otherwise. Payments are made in the currency and on the dates set by the contract. The prices published on the pricing page exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Intellectual property in the work

The rights to our method, our tools, our software and our materials belong to DIJIT LABS OÜ. The websites, texts and structured data we create for a client become the client's property once paid for, on the terms set out in their contract. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent our method, our tools or our materials without our written consent.

3.4 Confidentiality

The information you give us for an engagement (access credentials, business data, figures) is confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. We ask the same of you regarding our proposals and our method.

3.5 Termination

If you breach these terms, DIJIT LABS OÜ may end the service for cause and with prior notice. Cancellation and refund terms, where they exist, are set in each contract.

3.6 Guarantees and limitation of liability

We work with a measurable method, but we do not control search engines or AI assistants. We do not guarantee positions or traffic figures. What we offer and deliver in each plan is written in the plan: the indexing of the pages in Google and Bing, a complete business profile, every page passing our checklist before it is published, and delivery of the monthly report. When we speak of results we mean those things and a documented rise in impressions and AI citations for the agreed questions, never a position number. The timeline depends on the plan you choose, your sector, your business and what you want to rank for.

In no event will DIJIT LABS OÜ be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, data or business, arising from the use of or the inability to use the services or this website, even if we were advised of that possibility. Our total liability for an engagement will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

3.7 Indemnification

You agree to hold DIJIT LABS OÜ, its directors, employees and collaborators harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including legal fees, arising from: your use of the services; your breach of these terms; the infringement of a third party's rights, such as copyright, property or privacy rights; or any harm to a third party caused by your acts or omissions. This includes the content, images and data you give us to publish.

4. Content disclaimer

The content on this website is provided "as is". We review and date it, but it may contain technical or typographical errors, and information about search engines and AI assistants changes often. DIJIT LABS OÜ does not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete or up to date, and may change it at any time without prior notice.

5. Links to other websites

We link to external sources (for example, Google's documentation) to support what we state. We do not review all the content of the linked websites and we are not responsible for it. Using them is the visitor's own responsibility. The examples pages show fictional businesses and do not link to any real website.

6. Data protection

DIJIT LABS OÜ complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation. How we process your personal data, for what purpose and which rights you have is set out in the privacy policy. This website does not use cookies; we explain this in the cookie policy.

7. Changes

DIJIT LABS OÜ may revise this legal notice and the terms of service at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date at the bottom. Contracts already signed are governed by the version in force at the time of signing.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and the terms of service are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website or to the services will be settled by the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers in their country of residence.

9. Severability

These terms form the entire agreement between you and DIJIT LABS OÜ regarding the use of the website and the services, and replace any previous agreement. If any clause is declared invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted in line with the law to reflect the original intention, and the rest will remain in force.
