Your ice cream parlour in Google and in AI,
with the flavours and the allergens in plain sight

We make your ice cream parlour or your artisan workshop show up in Google and Bing and get cited by AI. We write the page with your flavours, your allergens, your ingredients and your hours for each season, publish it and every month we tell you what has happened. From scratch or strengthening your current site, on WordPress and Astro.

What we do for an ice cream parlour or an artisan workshop

From scratch or strengthening your current site. Six steps, the same as for any local business, with what is particular to a workshop: a product people search by ingredient and by allergen, a strong season and custom orders.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf you already have a website, we score it on the SEO + GEO priorities and tell you the three changes with most impact. The usual case in a workshop: the menu in a photo, the allergens nowhere and the winter hours never updated.
KeywordsThe searches your customer makes: "artisan ice cream in [city]", "lactose-free ice cream near me", "ice cream cake to order", "artisan nougat [city]". And what they ask AI: where to buy gluten-free, whether you open in winter.
The pagesWe write them with your facts: flavours with allergens, ingredients and where they come from, how you make it, prices by size, hours for each season, address and orders for events with minimum notice. A direct answer in the first paragraph.
Local presenceGoogle Business Profile and Bing Places with the same seasonal hours as the website. Set-up in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow active.
PublishingWe upload them to your WordPress, your Astro project or whatever host you have, and submit every URL to Google and Bing.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing, and whether you appear when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for an ice cream parlour or an artisan workshop in your area.

The season rules: summer for ice cream, Christmas for nougat and chocolate. The page exists all year round with the right hours, so it is indexed when the search arrives, not when you open the shutters.

What the page includes

Sections, structured data and local signals. All in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins.

Sections

  • A header with the direct answer: what you make, where, when you open
  • Flavours and allergens in HTML: permanent and seasonal menu, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free
  • Ingredients and process page: what goes in, where it comes from, how it is made
  • Seasonal hours, with the dates they change
  • Orders for events, with minimum notice
  • Visible frequently asked questions and contact: phone, WhatsApp, address

Structured data

  • A JSON-LD block with the business record: business type, name, address, phone and opening hours
  • The hours for each season with their validity dates, not a single schedule that is wrong for half the year
  • The details match what is visible in the HTML and the Google Business Profile

Local signals

  • City and neighbourhood in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Flavours, allergens, prices and hours as text, not in a photo of the chalkboard
  • A link to the business's Google Maps listing
  • All the content in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The full method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

The file is the same. You choose where it lives; we upload it and register it.

  1. From scratch. If your workshop has no website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included in the maintenance plan.

  2. Strengthening your WordPress. Your website stays; we reinforce it with the flavours, ingredients and orders pages, uploaded as one more page, with their HTML and their CSS. We add no plugins.

  3. In Astro or any host. We drop it into your project or your static file host.

Then we submit every URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow, and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

The template: Heladería Nívola

A fictional business, made the way we would make a real ice cream parlour's page.

Heladería Nívola does not exist. The contact details are made up. Everything else is what we do for an artisan ice cream parlour in Málaga: what makes a natural ice cream different, how it is made step by step, the permanent and seasonal flavours, and the contact details. With its JSON-LD and the checklist it passes.

Open the Heladería Nívola template (in Spanish). There are twelve more, from other sectors, in examples.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for an ice cream parlour because it is a case where the ingredient and the season are everything, not because we specialise in ice cream. The same method, with other facts, makes the page for a cheesemaker, a coffee roaster or a bread bakery. If your business resembles none of the examples, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from ice cream parlours and artisan workshops

What do you need from me to make the page?

The list of flavours or products with price by size and allergens; which ingredients you use and where they come from; how you make it, in the real order; the hours for each season; your address and your phone number or WhatsApp. Before publishing we show you the page and you correct whatever you want.

The flavours change every week. Does the website have to change every time?

No. The permanent flavours go in the HTML with their allergens. The seasonal ones go in a separate list, with a note that you ask on the day. When you change the permanent menu, you send it over and we update it at the same URL; it is part of the monthly plans.

Can we say "artisan" and "natural" on the page?

Yes, if you back it up with facts: which ingredients each flavour contains, which it does not, which supplier the milk or the fruit comes from, and how you make it step by step. That is what the ingredients and process page is for.

We close in winter. What happens to the website?

We say so on the page and in the structured data: the summer hours and the winter hours, with the dates they change, or the seasonal closure. We update the Google Business Profile at the same time, so nobody turns up at a closed door.

How much does an ice cream parlour's or a workshop's website cost?

If you start from scratch, the Basic Pack for a new website is €149 for the first month (10 pages) and the Pro Pack is €399 (30 pages, with a catalogue). If you already have a website, the strengthening pack runs from €99 to €699 depending on the number of pages. Then a monthly subscription with new pages every month: from €29. The monthly report is in every plan. Everything is on the pricing page.
