Your wedding business in Google and in AI,
with a page made by us

We make your venue, your catering, your photography studio or your wedding planning agency show up in Google and Bing and get cited by AI. We write the page with your packages, your seasons, your capacity and your photos, publish it and every month we tell you what has happened. From scratch or strengthening your current site, on WordPress and Astro.

What we do for a wedding business

From scratch or strengthening your current site. Six steps, the same as for any local business, with what is particular to weddings: the couple compares several suppliers and wants to know price, date and capacity before calling.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf you already have a website, we score it on the SEO + GEO priorities and tell you the three changes with most impact. If not, we start with your business's home page.
KeywordsThe searches a couple makes: "wedding venue in [province]", "wedding photographer [city]", "wedding catering [city]", "wedding planner [area]".
The pageWe write it with your facts: what you offer, packages with price and what each includes, capacity, seasons, the area you work in, how to request a date. A direct answer in the first paragraph.
Local presenceGoogle Business Profile and Bing Places with the same details as the website: category, address or service area, phone and photos. Set-up in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow active.
PublishingWe upload it to your WordPress, your Astro project or whatever host you have, and submit the URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing, and whether you appear when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for a wedding venue, photographer or caterer in your area.

Prices, capacity and seasons come from your facts, not from anyone's imagination. What we do not know, we ask you before writing it.

What the page includes

Sections, structured data and local signals. All in one file in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins.

Sections

  • A header with the direct answer: what you do, in which area, for how many guests and how to request a date
  • Packages with a starting price and what each includes, in an HTML table
  • Seasons: high and low season months, days of the week, booking lead times
  • Capacity: guests at the ceremony, the reception and the party; indoors and outdoors
  • A gallery of real weddings, with alt text that describes each photo
  • Visible frequently asked questions
  • Availability request by email or WhatsApp with date and number of guests

Structured data

  • A JSON-LD block with the business record: business type, name, address or service area, phone and hours of attention
  • The page identified as the business's home page
  • The details match what is visible in the HTML and the Google Business Profile

Local signals

  • Province and area in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Address, capacity and prices as text, not in an image or a PDF
  • A link to the Google Maps listing of the venue or the studio
  • All the content in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The full method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

The file is the same. You choose where it lives; we upload it and register it.

  1. From scratch. If your business has no website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included in the maintenance plan.

  2. Strengthening your WordPress. Your website stays; we reinforce it with pages that rank, one per service or per area, uploaded as one more page, with its HTML and its CSS. We add no plugins.

  3. In Astro or any host. We drop it into your project or your static file host.

Then we submit the URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow, and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

The business is yours, not the wedding

The page does not tell a couple's story. It says what you offer, to whom and on what terms.

A couple looking for a venue, a photographer or a caterer compares several in the same afternoon. They decide on what they find written down: capacity, starting price, whether there is a free date in their month and what the weddings you have already done look like. That is why the page carries those facts as text and in the business record, and a gallery of real weddings, not a cover with one photo and a button.

If you offer several services, each one gets its own page with its own packages, and the main page links them. There are examples from other sectors in examples.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for a wedding business because it is a case that is quick to grasp, not because we specialise in weddings. The same method, with other facts, makes the page for a driving school, an upholsterer, a funeral home or a guesthouse. If your business resembles none of the examples, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from wedding businesses

What do you need from me to make the page?

Your packages with price and what each includes; the capacity or the number of weddings you take per date; the seasons you work in; the area you cover; your address, your phone number and a selection of photos from real weddings with the couples' permission. Before publishing we show you the page and you correct whatever you want.

Do you publish prices? Almost nobody in weddings does.

We publish what you decide. With a starting price per package, the page answers the "how much does it cost" search and AI can cite it; without one, we say what each package includes and how to ask for a quote. If there is a price, it goes in text, not in an image or a PDF.

Does the page include a form to request a date?

It includes an availability request by email or WhatsApp, with the details you need to answer: date, number of guests and type of wedding. No form and no plugin: a direct link that opens the email or the chat with those fields already filled in.

Does it work for a photographer or a wedding planner who covers a whole province?

Yes. We write it that way: a service area instead of a visiting address, and a page per area if you work in several. The business record and the business profile reflect the area you cover, not premises that do not exist.

How much does a wedding business's page cost?

Two steps. The first month is a pack, paid once: from €149 if you have no website, or from €99 if we strengthen the one you already have. Then a monthly plan from €29 that always includes new pages: 5, 15 or 30 a month. The monthly report is in every plan. Everything is on the pricing page.
