Your routes and activities in Google and in AI,
with a page for each one

We make your activities company show up in Google and Bing and get cited by AI when someone asks what to do in your area. We write a page per route or activity with level, duration, what to bring and how to sign up, publish it and every month we tell you what has happened. From scratch or strengthening your current site, on WordPress and Astro.

What we do for an activities company

From scratch or strengthening your current site. Six steps, the same as for any business, with what is particular to active tourism: people ask what to do before they know you exist, and decide on level, duration, price and date.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf you already have a website, we score it on the SEO + GEO priorities and tell you the three changes with most impact. The usual case in activities: every route on a single page and the calendar in an image.
KeywordsThe searches your customer makes: "what to do in [area]", "easy hiking routes near [city]", "kayaking in [area] price". And what they ask AI: a plan for the weekend, a route for beginners.
The pagesOne per route or activity, written with your facts: meeting point, distance, elevation gain, duration, level, price, what to bring, group size. A direct answer in the first paragraph. Plus the calendar and how to sign up.
Area and organisationYour company as the organiser in the structured data, with the area you work in, and every dated outing as an event. Google Business Profile and Bing Places, set-up in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow active.
PublishingWe upload them to your WordPress, your Astro project or whatever host you have, and submit every URL to Google and Bing.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing per activity, and whether you appear when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude what to do in your area.

There is a high season, long weekends and months when nobody goes out. The pages per activity exist all year round, so they are indexed when someone starts planning the trip, weeks before the date.

What the page includes

Sections, structured data and area signals. All in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins.

Sections

  • A header with the direct answer: which activity, where, for whom, how much it costs
  • A page per route or activity with facts: meeting point, distance, elevation gain, duration
  • Levels, duration and what to bring, in a table an assistant can cite
  • Season calendar and how to sign up
  • Visible frequently asked questions: rain, cancellations, children, dogs
  • Contact: WhatsApp, phone, email and service area

Structured data

  • A JSON-LD block with the organisation record: name, area, phone and hours of attention
  • Every dated outing as an event: date, meeting point and price
  • The details match what is visible in the HTML and the Google Business Profile

Area signals

  • Area, natural park or city in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Prices, calendar and meeting point as text, not in an image or a PDF
  • A link to the Google Maps listing of the usual meeting point
  • All the content in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The full method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

The file is the same. You choose where it lives; we upload it and register it.

  1. From scratch. If your company has no website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included in the maintenance plan.

  2. Strengthening your WordPress. Your website stays; we reinforce it with a page per activity and per area, uploaded as one more page, with its HTML and its CSS. We add no plugins.

  3. In Astro or any host. We drop it into your project or your static file host.

Then we submit every URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow, and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

The template: Senderos del Sur

A fictional business, made the way we would make a real hiking company's page.

Senderos del Sur does not exist. The contact details are made up. Everything else is what we do for a hiking company in Málaga: difficulty levels in a table, regular routes with distance, elevation gain and duration, a monthly calendar and how to sign up. With its JSON-LD and the checklist it passes.

Open the Senderos del Sur template (in Spanish). There are twelve more, from other sectors, in examples.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for an activities company because it is a case where AI answers with concrete plans, not because we specialise in tourism. The same method, with other facts, makes the page for a surf school, a city guide, a winery with tours or a country guesthouse. If your business resembles none of the examples, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from activities companies

What do you need from me to make the pages?

The details of each route or activity: meeting point, distance, elevation gain, duration, level, price, minimum age, group size and what to bring. The season calendar, your cancellation policy and your phone number or WhatsApp. Before publishing we show you every page and you correct whatever you want.

Is every dated outing a new page?

No. Each route or activity has a fixed page, at a URL that does not change. The dates go in that page's calendar and in the structured data as events, with date, place and price. When a date passes we remove it and add the next one.

Do you sell the places online?

The page includes signing up by WhatsApp or phone, with the activity and the date already in the message. If you already use a booking platform, we link to it. A booking with payment on your own website is the E-commerce Pack on the pricing page.

What if I work in several areas?

A page per area, with the activities you run there, on top of the page for each activity. That is what answers "what to do in [area]". The structured data says which areas you work in, not only where your registered address is.

How much does an activities company's website cost?

If you start from scratch, the Basic Pack for a new website is €149 for the first month (10 pages) and the Pro Pack is €399 (30 pages, one per activity and per area). If you already have a website, the strengthening pack runs from €99 to €699 depending on the number of pages. Then a monthly subscription with new pages every month: from €29. The monthly report is in every plan. Everything is on the pricing page.
