Your software in Google and in AI,
with a page per use case

We make your product show up in Google and Bing and get cited by AI when someone asks which tool to use. We write a page per use case and per integration, with prices in HTML, publish them and every month we tell you what has happened. Strengthening your current site or from scratch, on Astro and WordPress.

What we do for a software product

From scratch or strengthening your current site. Six steps, the same as for any business, with what is particular to software: the customer asks about the problem, not about your brand, and compares before trying.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf you already have a website, we score it on the SEO + GEO priorities and tell you the three changes with most impact. The usual case in software: prices loaded with JavaScript, documentation behind the login and articles with no author or date.
KeywordsThe searches your customer makes: "invoicing software for the self-employed", "appointment software for clinics", "[your category] with [tool] integration". And what they ask AI: which tool to use for a task, how much it costs, where the data is stored.
The pagesOne per use case and one per integration, written with your facts: which problem it solves, for which kind of company, how it is done step by step, what each plan includes and what it does not. A direct answer in the first paragraph, with the date and the author in plain sight.
Authorship and datesThe company and the product in the structured data, with the plans and their prices, and every page with an author and real publication and update dates. Set-up in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow active.
PublishingWe upload them to your Astro project, your marketing WordPress or whatever static host you have. The application is not touched.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing per use case, and whether you appear when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude which tool to use for that problem.

There is no season here, there are versions. Every change to the product is an update to the page it affects, with a new date, and a submission to Google and Bing.

What the page includes

Sections, structured data and authorship signals. All in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins and no content that loads afterwards.

Sections

  • A header with the direct answer: what it does, for whom, from how much
  • A page per use case: the problem, how it is solved, for which kind of company
  • A page per integration: what connects and how it is set up
  • Prices in HTML: every plan with what it includes and what it does not
  • Indexable documentation: one URL per topic, with an update date
  • Honest comparisons: what your product does and what it does not do

Structured data

  • A JSON-LD block with the company and the product: name, category, operating system, plans and prices
  • Every article and every documentation page with author, publication date and update date
  • The details match what is visible in the HTML: the same price in the JSON-LD and in the table

Authorship signals

  • The problem and the product category in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Who writes each page, with name and role, as text
  • Real dates, updated when the product changes, not a fixed template date
  • All the content in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots without running JavaScript

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The full method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

The file is the same. You choose where it lives; we upload it and register it.

  1. In your Astro project or on your static host. We drop the pages into your repository or your host, with their HTML and their CSS, with no new dependencies.

  2. Strengthening your marketing WordPress. Your website stays; we reinforce it with the use case, integration and pricing pages, uploaded as one more page. We add no plugins.

  3. From scratch. If the product has no public website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included in the maintenance plan.

Then we submit every URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow, and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

The examples

Fictional businesses, made the way we would make a real business's page.

There is no example of a software product yet. The ones there are show the same structure applied to other businesses: a header that answers, a page per thing people search for, real frequently asked questions and JSON-LD with the details. A software product is made the same way, swapping the catalogue for the use cases and the opening hours for the prices and the version dates.

See the examples, thirteen businesses from different sectors.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for a software product because it is a case where documentation and dates weigh more than the address, not because we specialise in software. The same method, with other facts, makes the page for a mobile app, an online course or a technical services company. If your business resembles none of the examples, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from software companies

Do you touch the application?

No. We work on the public website: use cases, integrations, prices and documentation. They are pages in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD that live in your Astro project, in your WordPress or on your static host. The product and its code remain your team's business.

Can we publish prices if they change often?

Yes, and you should: people ask AI how much it costs and AI cites whoever says it in text. The prices go in the HTML and in the product's structured data, not in an image. When they change, you send them over and we update. If the price is "contact us", we write what it depends on.

What does "indexable documentation" mean?

That every topic in the documentation has its public URL, its title, its text in the served HTML and its update date. No login, no loading with JavaScript, no single PDF that contains everything. It is what an AI assistant cites when someone asks how to do something with your product.

Does it work if we sell in several countries or languages?

Yes. The pages are written in the language of each market, with the same structure. If your website has hundreds of pages, several languages or several countries, we make a tailored proposal; it is explained on the pricing page.

How much does a software product's website cost?

You will usually already have a website: the strengthening pack runs from €99 (fewer than 10 pages) to €699 (more than 50). If you start from scratch, the Basic Pack for a new website is €149 for the first month (10 pages) and the Pro Pack is €399 (30 pages). Then a monthly subscription with 5, 15 or 30 new pages a month: from €29. The monthly report is in every plan. Everything is on the pricing page.
