Your firm in Google and in AI,
with a page per service and per question

We make your accountancy, consultancy, clinic or law firm show up in Google and Bing and get cited by AI. We write a page per service and per client question, signed by the person who provides it, publish it and every month we tell you what has happened. From scratch or strengthening your current site, on WordPress and Astro.

What we do for a firm, an accountancy or a clinic

From scratch or strengthening your current site. Six steps, the same as for any business, with what is particular to a professional service: the client asks before calling, and wants to know who is going to see them.

StepWhat we do
AuditIf you already have a website, we score it on the SEO + GEO priorities and tell you the three changes with most impact. The usual case in a firm: every service in one list, nobody signs the texts and the registration number appears nowhere.
KeywordsThe searches your client makes: "employment lawyer in [city]", "tax adviser for the self-employed [city]", "physiotherapist near me". And what they ask AI before looking for anyone: whether they can claim, what they need to register, how much it costs.
The pagesOne per service and one per client problem, written with your answers: what you do, for whom, what they need to bring, how you charge, usual timelines. A direct answer in the first paragraph, signed by the person who provides the service.
Authorship and areaEach professional as a person in the structured data, with qualification, professional body and registration number, and every page with its author. Office and area in the Google Business Profile and Bing Places. Set-up in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow active.
PublishingWe upload them to your WordPress, your Astro project or whatever host you have, and submit every URL to Google and Bing.
ReportEvery month: impressions and clicks in Google and Bing per service and per question, and whether you appear when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for a professional like you in your area.

There is a calendar: tax returns in spring, year-end closings in January, enrolments in September. The pages per question exist all year round, so they are indexed when the question comes back.

What the page includes

Sections, structured data and authorship and area signals. All in HTML, CSS and JSON-LD, with no plugins.

Sections

  • A header with the direct answer: what you solve, for whom, in which area, how to get started
  • A page per service and per client problem
  • FAQs with direct answers: what to bring, how much it costs, how long it takes
  • Who sees you: name, qualification, professional body and verifiable experience
  • Service area: in person, remote, or both
  • Contact: phone, WhatsApp, email, address and hours

Structured data

  • A JSON-LD block with the firm's record: business type, name, address, phone and hours
  • Each professional as a person, with qualification and professional body, and every page with its author
  • The details match what is visible in the HTML and the Google Business Profile

Authorship and area signals

  • Service and city in the title, the H1 and the first paragraph
  • Name and credentials of whoever signs, as text, on the same page
  • A link to the firm's Google Maps listing
  • All the content in the served HTML, readable by the assistants' bots

Every page passes our SEO + GEO checklist before it is published. The full method is in natural SEO.

How we publish it

The file is the same. You choose where it lives; we upload it and register it.

  1. From scratch. If your firm has no website, we build it and publish it on your domain, with hosting included in the maintenance plan.

  2. Strengthening your WordPress. Your website stays; we reinforce it with a page per service and per question, uploaded as one more page, with its HTML and its CSS. We add no plugins.

  3. In Astro or any host. We drop it into your project or your static file host.

Then we submit every URL to Google, Bing and IndexNow, and check that it gets indexed. You will see it in the first report.

The examples

Fictional businesses, made the way we would make a real business's page.

There is no example of a law firm or an accountancy yet. The ones there are show the same structure applied to other businesses: a header that answers, a page per thing people search for, real frequently asked questions and JSON-LD with the business details. A firm is made the same way, swapping the catalogue for the services and the product for the client's question.

See the examples, thirteen businesses from different sectors.

Any sector works. This page explains the work for a law firm, an accountancy or a clinic because it is a case where authorship weighs more than anywhere else, not because we specialise in professionals. The same method, with other facts, makes the page for a payroll agency, an architect, a psychologist or a surveyor. If your business resembles none of the examples, write to us anyway.

Frequently asked questions from firms, accountancies and clinics

Do we have to publish prices?

It is not compulsory, but whatever you can say helps: whether the first consultation is free or what it costs, whether you charge by the hour or on a fixed quote, the starting price of your most common service. If a price depends on the case, we write what it depends on.

Can you write about law, tax or health without being specialists?

We write from your answers. We send you the questions for each page, you answer as you would explain it to a client, we organise it and leave it in the format Google and AI read well. You review and sign: the author in the HTML and in the schema is you. Nothing is published without your approval.

Is a page per question not just a blog?

It is a fixed page, with a stable URL and an author, that answers a question your client asks before calling. It is updated when the rules change. If you also want a blog, the articles come out of the new pages in the monthly plan.

Does it work for several partners or several offices?

Yes. A page per professional, with their qualification, professional body and services, and a page per office, with its address, its hours and its Google Business Profile. The structured data links each service to who provides it and where.

How much does a firm's or an accountancy's website cost?

If you start from scratch, the Basic Pack for a new website is €149 for the first month (10 pages) and the Pro Pack is €399 (30 pages, one per service and per question). If you already have a website, the strengthening pack runs from €99 to €699 depending on the number of pages. Then a monthly subscription with new pages every month: from €29. The monthly report is in every plan. Everything is on the pricing page.

Your firm, on pages that answer before the call.

If you already have a website, we tell you what score it gets and which three changes would do most for it. If not, which services and questions to start with and what it costs.
