DIJIT LABS OÜ processes very little personal data: what you give us when you write to us or contract a service. This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Here is the detail, and how to exercise your rights.

This policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to this website and to the services we provide under the seomagnetik brand.

2. What data we process and why

The short answer: browsing this website generates no personal data beyond the technical server logs. We only process data about you if you write to us or contract a service.

There are no forms on the website. We do not collect data through cookies or through analytics or advertising tools. We do not profile you or make automated decisions with your data.

3. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and a free audits: up to one year from the last communication, unless they turn into a contract.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contract and, afterwards, for the period that tax and commercial law requires for invoices and contracts.
  • Technical server logs: the minimum time needed for the security of the site, as set by the hosting provider.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or pass on your data. It is only seen by the providers we need in order to work, who act as processors and follow our instructions:

  • The email provider and the web hosting provider.
  • Search engine tools (Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools) when we manage your website, with your authorisation.
  • If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message passes through Meta's servers under WhatsApp's privacy policy. If you would rather avoid that, email us instead.

We will only disclose data to a public authority when the law requires us to.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

DIJIT LABS OÜ is a European Union company and stores data in the European Union wherever possible. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

You can exercise these rights by writing to legal@dijit.app. We will reply within one month. We may ask you for a document that confirms your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Estonian supervisory authority, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or to the authority in your country of residence. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the data we process: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to email and work accounts, and no personal data stored on this website. Any website access details you give us are kept in a password manager and deleted when the engagement ends.

8. Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no third-party scripts. The detail is in the cookie policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, for example if we add a form or an analytics tool, we will update this page and the date at the bottom. Significant changes will also be announced to clients by email.
