Wedding website

Tell us about your wedding

This is what the whole site gets built from. It takes about twenty minutes and nothing has to be final: leave blank whatever you do not know yet and we add it when you do, because changes are included until the wedding day.

Before you start

Three things and that is it.

  1. Nothing has to be final. The site goes live with what there is and grows from there. Guests prefer a live site to a perfect late one.

  2. Exact times. It is the most looked-at detail and the one that saves the most phone calls. If they are not fixed yet, put them approximately and we adjust.

  3. You can send it more than once. Send what you have today and fill it in again when the rest is settled.

The brief

Everything you send here ends up on the wedding website.

Only the fields marked with * are required. Fill in the rest as far as you can.

The two of you

To write to you and for the cover.

As you want them on the site.

Something like labodadejaimeypaola.com. We check whether it is free.

Ceremony and reception

With exact time and address: it is the most looked-at part.

Arrival, ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dancing, last coaches. As much as you know.

Better a sibling or the planner than yours.

Getting there and sleeping

Name, distance, indicative price and booking code if you have one.

What they need to be told

Etiquette and practical warnings: grass, evening chill, colours to avoid.

Write how you want it worded too. If you prefer nothing, the section comes out.

As standard: name, companions, children, allergies, menu, coach, accommodation and a song.

Your story and the photos

Two paragraphs is plenty. If you do not want this section, say so.

If you already have one, paste the link and we add the QR.

Whatever you are using on the invitations, if you have them.

It reaches our inbox straight away. We answer the same working day.

Stuck on something? Message us on WhatsApp. Your details and your guests' are handled under the privacy policy: used to build the site and deleted a month after the wedding.
